§1 Confidentiality

PensionPartner is obliged to treat all information and material concerning the other party in confidence, in a fair and decent manner in accordance with applicable professional code of practice.

The duty of confidentiality is also valid after completion of the task and when the contract expires. Use of confident information - in situations not connected with the assignment, and when third parties are involved, must be accepted in writing by both parties invloved.

PensionPartner - and all employees/subcontractors involved in the completion of an assignment - treat all material, information, etc. regarding client and professional relationships with the utmost confidentiality.

PensionPartner only gathers confidential information relevant to an assignment.

PensionPartner ensures that material is not reproduced in a manner unreasonable for an assignment.

PensionPartner ensures that confidential material is returned to the client after completion of an assignment.

PensionPartner accepts that no material revealed during execution of an assignment is referred to, shown to, or passed on to a third party, unless this has been specifically agreed in writing with the client.


§2 Merit

PensionPartner will notify the client immediately if uncertanties occur, regarding an assignment's prerequisites, purpose, execution or anticipated results.

PensionPartner will notify the client immediately if there is risk of delay.

PensionPartner is obliged not to take the initiative to hire or to negotiate hiring the client's employees.

PensionPartner makes every possible effort to conclude agreements based on the best available information, and wants these agreements to be as transparent as possible.

PensionPartner does not venture into projects that may challenge laws or ethics.

§3 Loyalty

PensionPartner does not take on assignments, which conflict with the interests of other clients.

All relationships are ethically viable and solved with complete client loyalty.

If, however, a situation occurs in which the above mentioned is questioned, the client will be contacted immediately and any misunderstandings will be addressed.

§4 Independence

PensionPartner is an independent company, owned 100% by its four founders. No management or financial agreements have been made with a third party that can question the company's independence.

Any assignment, or any form of assistance is solved solely with the interest of the client in mind.

PensionPartner can continue to use subcontractors for an assignment, depending on the character of the assignment, when it is ensured that the independence of the company is not brought into jeopardy.
