With integration
If you want the system to be integrated into your existing systems, this is also an option.
This does, of course, involve your own IT department and a dialogue concerning your wishes.
The integration can take place on several levels. For instance, it can be a simple integration with your database via a web service for import and export of the data used in the system.
PensionPartner can help with the integration. We cooperate with a number of highly competent IT specialists who can contribute actively to the collaboration with your IT department.
Example of a typical integration:
The system is built to handle the most common forms of integration that involves:
- Data being downloaded from PensionsInfo
- Data being retrieved from your systems, when the information needed is not available at PensionsInfo
- Client data being saved on and retrieved from one of your databases
- Prints being saved in electronic archives
- Security
Integration with PensionsInfo requires you making data from PensionsInfo available. Normally, this involes your client sending data to you via your internet portal prior to the counseling.
Typically, when saving client data in one of your databases, we send you an XML string with the data you have entered. The only other information needed is the identification of client and the data wanted for management identification.
With integration, security normally involves deciding who needs access to the system and therefore also can reuse the user's identity in web service calls.
Integration typically takes place via web services. We can adapt the part of the system handling web services so that it meets your wishes without influencing the rest of the system. This is very important, when it comes to the testing that needs to take place afterwards.
